  • This is a wonderful local museum. The history is easy to follow, and the displays are filled with interesting information. It’s clear the people who run this museum care a lot about their areas...

  • If you love history, this is a must see! I've grown to love museums and all they have to offer in terms of history and artifacts! So much in this building. The ladies working there walked with us and answered so many questions! I learned so mush here and I recommend this place highly!
  • Well considering this is the early days of Covid green zone, which allows some local travel around the state, it was refreshing that one of the places that was open was this dandy little museum. The building itself is got very unique history, and they have a really nice collection of historical artifacts for the area. Really very well done for a small town museum. The docent at the front door was very polite and knowledgeable but then she also kind of get out of your way and let you explore the place. I recommend this to anybody who's traveling in one to learn more about the area.
