Amsterdam, The Netherlands to Rome is an approximately 5.5-hour flight. You can also take a train; or drive. In July, Rome is somewhat warmer than Amsterdam - with highs of 37°C and lows of 24°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 4th (Tue) so you can take a train to Naples.

Naples is the capital of the Italian region Campania and the third-largest municipality in Italy after Rome and Milan.
