If you are flying in from The Netherlands, the closest major aiports are Dubai International Airport, Sharjah International Airport, Al Maktoum International Airport and Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. Expect a daytime high around 47°C in June, and nighttime lows around 35°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 7th (Mon) early enough to go by car to Abu Dhabi.

Traveling by car from Dubai to Abu Dhabi takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of subway and bus; or fly. In June in Abu Dhabi, expect temperatures between 47°C during the day and 34°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 9th (Wed) to allow enough time to drive to Dubai.

Do your shopping at City Centre Mirdif and Kinokuniya Book Store. Discover out-of-the-way places like TEPfactor and Ajman Beach.
