Silicon Valley North

A major center of technology nicknamed "Silicon Valley North," Ottawa offers visitors a modern flavor with its range of trendy hotels, shops, and restaurants.
Your day by day itinerary now includes Victoria Island. Get out of town with these interesting Ottawa side-trips: Upper Canada Village (in Morrisburg), Dragonfly Golf Links (in Renfrew) and Brockville Railway Tunnel (Open April through October) (in Brockville). Explore Gatineau's surroundings by going to Mont. Ste. Marie Golf (in Lac-Sainte-Marie), Montebello (Omega Park & Lieu historique national du Canada du Manoir-Papineau) and Randonnee Malaski (in Lac-des-Iles).
