Wrap up your sightseeing on the 3rd (Wed) early enough to drive to Riquewihr.

Kick off your visit on the 4th (Thu): identify plant and animal life at NaturoparC - Hunawihr, stop by Little Venice, then see the interesting displays at Musee du Jouet, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of Eglise St-Martin.
