  • You don't have to particularly like Delft Pottery to enjoy a visit to this iconic factory and museum. It provides a wonderful portrayal of the history of the ceramics and examples of early pieces, along with the process of making the pieces. The factory is surprisingly small and you can get very close up to the Master Artists hand painting each piece and see works in different stages of production. It was really interesting. It is quite a long walk from the station so we took a taxi there. When we were finished the nice lady on the reception phoned the City Shuttle for us. For 3 Euros per person this cute golf buggy took us back to the compact Old Town, which is also a great place to visit.
  • I really enjoyed my visit here. We paid around €23 for two adults and got audio tours, because they are renovating I felt this didn’t follow the normal order. I love the architecture in the building and enjoyed seeing the factory. I bought a few things in the shop, all in all I spent about 1 hour here before we did the shop.
