Torrent de Pareis, Sa Calobra

This secluded and almost hidden beach is unlike any other that I have encountered before. As you make your way down the promenade towards the tunnel, stop off at the ice-cream shop for your favourite flavour before making your way through. There are a couple of stunning photographic opportunities, but as the tunnel is quite narrow, and very busy at times, you need to be quick and accurate to nail the perfect shot before the queue behind you builds up pretty quickly. At the end of a 10 minute walk you're treated to a quiet pebble beach, perfect for a picnic, and a canyon ideal for hiking or rock-climbing for the more adventurous. It's advisable to take decent footwear, as the pebbles makes anything less than a pair of trainers uncomfortable walking.

Simply amazing, I had to be there in winter time so I wasn’t anybody else and not the best weather to swimmers but the view is absolutely breathtaking. The amount of stairs and small dark wet cavern path does not make easily accessible. It’s possible to take pets with you.
