  • Nice place and made for tourists. The museum itself is a bit boring, and if you're into animal rights you shouldn’t go to the zoo connected with it. There is a nice market where you can buy some...  more »
  • We went to the museum because of the MUST SEE review...and that there was NOTHING else to do before our night flight. We enjoyed seeing the various animals from Niger & the museum buildings...  more »

  • You get to be very close to the animals, which is nice. But, the animals are cared for a little differently than in the States. It would be great to see the animal's well being thought about more. It is just a little different that what I am accustomed to. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and it wasn't too crowded. There was a little market that you can purchase souvenirs from too.
  • The fossils are cool, but they are kept in the worst condition possible. This museum is also operating a small zoo, but the poor animals are not getting the treatment that they need. They should be released in the wild.
