Procession of Princes is a 102 m (335 ft) mural depicting a parade of the rulers of Saxony. The 35 portraits from the House of Wettin originally were painted between 1871 and 1876. Between 1904 and 1907, the painting was replaced with about 23,000 porcelain tiles. That makes it the largest porcelain artwork in the world. • Impressive mural. It depicts of the kings and the history. The mosaics are not original but it is the one to one imitations of the real ones.  more »
  • Impressive mural. It was nice to see it again. There is a lot to see in Dresden - e.g. renovated buildings after the war.  more »
