A museum with a clear focus on tapestry. There is a permanent collection, a temporary exhibition space, and the old church with the Lurçat apocalypse series. We enjoyed the chance to handle a few small samples which showed the front and back of a tapestry to see how the weaving was done. Well worth a visit. Do buy a 'billet jumelé' which gives a single entrance into each Angers museum.
