Examine the anthropological exhibitions at the important Kura Hulanda Museum, which focuses on the origins of man, the African slave trade, and West African empires, among other subjects. Situated on the site of a former slave yard, the emotionally testing museum recounts a brutal history and illuminates humanity’s capacity for violence and exploitation. You’ll have the chance to inspect letters, drawings, and other artifacts from the era, giving you a direct perspective on a bygone era. Consider hiring a tour guide at a small extra charge to get an in-depth explanation of the exhibits. • Amazing museum with a lovely and extensive collection. Very interesting and educational. Definitely make sure you visit!!
  • It's a wonderful place. The Caribbean slave trade is very well portrayed. The museum requires some maintenance and refurbishment, but I would still highly recommend a visit.
