  • A delightful space, lush and full of unique birds and plants. Great experience. Reasonable admission fee to get up-close & personal unique birds & foliage. The plants are unique and beautiful. Be gentle to the living things. There is much trust in visitors to not damage the plants or hurt/step on the birds. Birds and plants seemed to share the space in harmony. A checklist of the birds is available, and adds to the fun. Do at least 2 loops around. Washrooms available inside. Spend at least 1 hour here easily, more for those who love birds and plant. Favourite moments: seeing the red cheeked cordon blue finch in its unique colour, and noticing the flowers of a ruby coloured airplant. Binoculars are useful and enhanced my experience!
  • Great place to take the kids. There is a lot for them to see and do. The staff were helpful and friendly and provided us with a handy guide with a checklist of all the important birds we could look for. This would be a great place to visit in the grey of Vancouver's winter to get some much needed colour I n your life.
