  • Honoured to visit this active military citadelle. Excellent one hour tour with knowledge guide, Mary. Extensive museum and surrounding grounds make for valuable two hour excursion  more »
  • We rushed to get to Le Citadelle for 9:45am to see the changing of the guard "parade." When we arrived the clerk informed us that due to covid the changing of the guard was canceled last summer 2020.....  more »
  • Great museum and 1 hour tour. You have to take a tour, vs walking around on your own because it's still an active military site. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable. Wish there was more discussion on the area surrounding the fort before it came to be. Also wish there were a few more buildings we were allowed to go in, but likely cant as they are still in use. Interactive museum was well done.
  • Definitely a must see in Quebec City! This fort has a very nice view, it's worth the tour fee. Our tour guide was lovely, and it was a nice 1 hour tour of some of the sites and buildings in the citadel. They have a nice small museum, with lots of information and history throughout. It's such a nice walk to this location, and the walk throughout as well. Definitely listen to and understand the history of the citadel and the 22e Regiment, there is some interesting and important things to learn here.
