Plain of Six Glaciers
Plain of Six Glaciers offers awe-inspiring views, wildlife encounters, and the option to rest and refresh with a cup of hot tea. Moderately challenging and heavily trafficked, the hike starts at Lake Louise shoreline and finishes at the teahouse. Along the way, you'll pass tall cliffs ideal for rock climbing, an area with avalanche chutes, a narrow valley, meadows, and alpine groves. The last section of the trail near the ascent is quite steep and slippery, but the views from the top are well worth the effort. Note that dogs must be kept on leash. Phenomenal from Start to End. Veer off and combine with Big Beehive and Lake Agnes Teahouse to make for a memorable experience at Lake Louise.

2 hours hike one way from lake louise. Once you get to the tea house, it's 1.3 km more. I would say just do half the stretch of the second one. As the views don't get any better after a point. Need average fitness, on the way back , if ready to put another 4 hours in total you van hike to agnes lake, mirror lake and bee hike. Visiting all the tea houses in one day is an amazing experience. Be here by 7 am to get a parking spot by lake louise . Washrooms Ara available at parking areas, then you only find them by the tea houses. Be prepared , have a bottle of water water, some energy bars, sun glass, good to have rain jacket , winter cap as the weather could change very quickly up there. Rains at least in my experience haven't lasted for long. Trail to queen agnes got a Lotta mosquitos so get a spray if ain't a fan of them . Best of luck
