I visited Lujan Zoo in 2016. I had a wonderful time! Don't believe posts that tell you animals are drugged. They are not! I found it to be a safe, well managed experience of a lifetime to be up close.... more

Lots of cute animals strolling around the place. They have also guided tour every half an hour. The guides are friendly and helpful. The food is more of the same, it has a restaurant and a snack shop. Both serve about the same food. But it has a decent meal if you want to have lunch. The more dangerous animals are well behaved and very well treated. They are not abused.

Very average. Can no longer touch tigers and lions. Plus can't ride elephants or camels like you used to be able to. Gets 2 stars because the birds were very interesting and great experience, plus we stroked the camel and snake. The ground were poorly kept and animals were very sleepy. Very disappointed ☹️
