Pay tribute to and contemplate the lives lost during Argentina's military junta reign in the 1980s at Archivo Provincial de la Memoria. The archival center remembers the horrific acts inflicted upon the Argentine public from state police during the political troubles of the time. Look out for the especially moving photos of the victims with their families before the troubles began, which portray smiling, happy people unaware of what was to come. Even if you're not well-versed in recent South American history, you can appreciate the archive for its fearless documentation of the state’s wrongdoings during the country's most turbulent times. By using our Cordoba trip itinerary maker app, you can arrange your visit to Archivo Provincial de la Memoria and other attractions in Cordoba.

  • Great place to learn about such an important time for this country
  • Pure politic place, far from the real story, saw a big picture of Santiago Maldonado. He died drowned, abandoned by his occasional friends (who hid his body for political gain) 55 experts determined that his death was without violence and the trial of all false testimonies and people who use his image for money is still pending, very sad that a museum lends itself to that. Please don't go, don't lend yourself to be fooled
