Los Terrones, Capilla del Monte

Enjoy a hike through picturesque landscapes when you travel to Los Terrones. Upon entering the park, choose between two hiking trails: a short, low-difficulty trek and a longer, medium-difficulty trek. Along the way, see sandstone formations that rise toward the sky like small towers, and keep your eye out for wildlife--including condors flying overhead. Lush vegetation such as ferns and palms fills the crevices between rock formations. Hire a tour guide to take you down and through the long, meandering path of the canyon for additional information on the geological formations. Make sure to wear good shoes for hiking along the rugged tracks here, and consider taking a walking stick to help you along the extremely steep sections of the trails.
